Jennie Giambastiani is Of Counsel at Katsivalis & Anderson Law and brings extensive experience as a former United States Immigration Judge to her work with the firm. Her role focuses on strategic consulting, complex case analysis, and advising attorneys and clients on matters involving immigration court procedure, removal defense, and high-stakes adjudicatory issues.

As an Immigration Judge, Ms. Giambastiani presided over removal proceedings and adjudicated a wide range of immigration cases, including asylum, cancellation of removal, and other forms of relief.
